For students with little or no previous tennis instruction. Begin your lifetime love of the game here in a fun and encouraging environment. Students will be introduced to the basic skills needed to play: forehand, backhand, serve, and rules of the game. Coaches make learning fun through group games and point simulations. Modified balls and other teaching aides are used to get players rallying fast!


For students graduating with 1-2 sessions of Beginning tennis, the Advanced Beginning level offers an opportunity to build upon their skills. This level focuses on adding more movement to ground strokes, improving serving technique, and developing basic control of the ball in terms of left and right placement. Players will engage in fun and challenging point play simulations, while also being introduced to volleys, net play, and basic doubles strategies.


For students who have completed 2-3 sessions of Advanced Beginning tennis or demonstrate the ability to rally and serve with consistency. Students will be introduced to more advanced techniques and offensive play. Students also improve their overall confidence and consistency of the groundstrokes and serve. Added movement becomes a key component at this level. Coaches introduce basic strategies and match play.


For students that have experience playing at a 3.0+ NTRP level. In this class players look to add more advanced offensive strategies and techniques to their game through fast-paced drills and point play simulations. Approach shots, volleys and doubles net play are covered. Players also focus on adding more spin on consistency to their serve and groundstrokes.

Our Adult NTRP classes are perfect for adults who are looking to succeed at their current National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP) level or are eager to move up to a higher level. Our coaches will give you the skills needed to get more wins and focus on exercises designed to help you level up! Fast-paced drills, and point play simulations keep students coming back for more. Coaches will also focus on successful doubles strategies and improving net play. 

Players: To avoid class interruption, be sure to sign up for your current NTRP level.

Experience required (NTRP 2.5+) Players must be able to sustain a controlled rally on both sides and serve consistently. Players will be grouped by ability.


Quite possibly the best time you’ll ever have working out! Cardio Tennis is for adults of all ages and abilities. Get your heart pumping as coaches put you through your paces in this fun action-packed workout. Players of all fitness levels are encouraged to participate in a fun and supportive environment. Forget the treadmill! This is a seriously fun workout!

Players: Wear tennis shoes + bring a racket and water bottle


We’ve combined the great workout of cardio tennis with basic instruction to make sure you keep learning and improving your strokes! Cardio for Beginners  will give students brief technical reminders on our featured shot and still challenge footwork and endurance to burn those calories and get the heart pumping. Our drills feature easily accessible footwork patterns and drills that are perfect for new players. Our coach-fed drills and activities keep the action going so you can hit more balls!

Live Ball is here! 

In this 90-minute class, you’ll participate in a fun and fast paced doubles game designed to keep the action going. Live Ball combines doubles play with fan favorite games like champions of the court.  Our enthusiastic coaches start each point with a feed so serving never slows down the action. 

You’ll enjoy playing with other players in a fun atmosphere that will have you smiling, sweating and improving your skills all at the same time. So come join us and discover the most fun 90 minutes you can have on a tennis court. Get ready to experience “Live Ball” Tennis!

Experience required: NTRP 3.0+ – Players must be able to sustain a controlled rally on both sides and serve consistently. 


Matchplay and Strategy is designed to enhance the doubles game of players level 3.0 and above. In this class, players will be put through various match play simulations, where they will learn to implement different strategies and tactics based on real scenarios.

The class  is not drill based and instead an instructor will provide feedback on doubles-specifics, such as positioning, shot selection, and communication, to help players develop their skills and improve their understanding of the game. Players will be paired with different partners and opponents to simulate match situations.

Matchplay and Strategy is an excellent class for players who are looking to take their doubles game to the next level. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall game or preparing for an upcoming tournament, this class will provide you with the skills, strategies, and tactics to help you succeed on the court. Register alone or with a partner. Players will rotate both opponents and partners in this class.

Players: Must be able to confidently serve, rally, and keep score.  Recommended for players with NTRP’s of 3.0 and above.


Ready to enhance your performance and help prevent injuries on the court? Join us for Racket Sport Mobility and Strength, a specialized class designed to improve your flexibility, stability, and strength. Developed with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former Division 1 athlete, our routines combine stretching, yoga poses, and targeted Theraband resistance moves, tailored to the muscle groups used in tennis and pickleball.

Under the guidance of our instructor, you’ll engage in a dynamic warm-up, followed by a series of mobility and targeted strengthening exercises. By increasing your range of motion and developing functional strength, you’ll minimize the risk of injuries and get closer to your full potential on court. Join us now to elevate your performance with renewed confidence and agility.

Class requirements – Students must bring own yoga mat and hand towel. Class meetings take place outdoors. Weather appropriate attire is recommended. 


Bring more variety to your game and expand your strategic repertoire with our Specialty Shot and Strategy Class! Each week, students will learn shots and strategies beyond basic forehands and backhands. Learn how to increase touch and finesse with shots like drop shots, drop volleys and lobs. Increase your offensive and defensive options with the slice, and learn to dominate the net with the chip and charge and doubles poaching. Additionally, we will cover how to handle specific court situations like high bouncing balls and overheads. This is the perfect class to expand your toolkit and dominate the court!
