TENNIS COURT RESERVATIONS/POLICIES AT THE LISA & DOUGLAS GOLDMAN TENNIS CENTER.
The Goldman Tennis Center features:
- 16 lighted tennis courts
- 4 lighted multi-use mini courts (for mini tennis, family play and pickleball)
- 1 lighted dedicated pickleball court
Court Fees

Courts may be rented for 30, 60 or 90 minutes at a time

Court and Cancellation Policies
Making Reservations:
- Each individual may have no more than 1 reservation per day.
- Reservations may be made:
- Online at CourtReserve
- By phone at 415-581-2540. One reservation per phone call.
- In person at the GTC front desk
- Courts may be reserved for 30, 60 or 90 minutes at a time.
- Verified* San Francisco residents may reserve courts 8 days in advance. Unverified Residents and Non-Residents may reserve courts 7 days in advance. Reservations open daily at 12:30pm.
- *To verify your San Francisco residency, please email a photo of a utility bill or ID with San Francisco address to goldmantc@lifetimeactivities.com. You can also verify residency in person with our front desk staff
Checking In and Cancellations
- Full payment is due at the time of check-in
- Reservation is forfeited after 10 minutes if court is unclaimed
- Fees will not be prorated for late arrivals
- Court assignments are subject to change
- Reservations must be cancelled 4 hours in advance by phone, email or via your account at CourtReserve. No-shows and courts cancelled less than 4 hours before start time will be charged the full court fee
- Effective January 1st, 2025, the front desk team at the Goldman Tennis Center will send emails and in-app notifications only for court reservations and classes in the event of cancellations. Patrons can call the front desk no earlier than one hour prior to the class or court reservation for an update on playability.
Fees & Rate Policies
- Fees are per court, not per person
- Resident & Non-resident fees – If there is 1 resident, then the resident fee applies. Fees are assessed based on the person making the reservation
- Senior Discount – If there is one senior, then the senior fee applies. Fees are assessed based on the person making the reservation
- Youth Free Play – all players must be under the age of 18 for free use of the courts during the designated time frame
- Account credit will be issued for unused time interrupted by inclement weather
Inclement Procedure
During inclement weather, staff may close the courts until they are playable. Effective January 1st, 2,025 the front desk team at the Goldman Tennis Center will send out emails and in-app notifications only for court reservations and classes in the event of cancellations. Patrons can call the front desk no earlier than one hour prior to the class or court reservation for an update on playability.
Credit will be issued for paid, unused time if it rains during play. Make ups will be scheduled for lesson and league rainouts.
