JUNIOR TENNIS LEAGUES IN CUPERTINO
USTA Junior Local League
Our USTA award winning Local League is offered year-round and geared for players 14 and under who are ready to play matches in a fun team atmosphere. There are 3 age divisions: 10u (orange ball), 12u (green dot ball), and 14u (yellow ball). Weekly matches include singles and doubles play where players earn points for their team and compete to have the best record in the league. In addition to the local league, players are encouraged to continue their training with one of the lesson programs offered at any of our South Bay locations: Cupertino, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale.
Requirements: Players in each age division should know how to keep score, serve, rally, while using the specific color ball for their age group. Advanced players may play up with coach’s permission. Players must have a current USTA membership.

USTA Junior Travel League
The Junior Team Tennis Travel League is the perfect solution for players looking to take the next step in their competitive tennis journey. It is a perfect stepping stone for juniors age 7-14 looking for a competitive option that doesn’t require playing tournaments every weekend. Best of all, junior players get to experience high level tennis in a team environment which will help them develop sportsmanship, and learn how to work well together to achieve success. Divisions include: Orange Ball, Green Dot Ball, and Yellow Ball.
The Travel League includes team practices and competition against other teams around the South Bay with the opportunity to qualify for sectional or regional tournaments. Players will boost their match play skills as they train and compete as a team.
Requirements: Travel League participation is by invitation only, interested players with prior league or competitive experience should contact the Tennis Director for more information. Players must have a current USTA membership. Must register in person at the Lifetime Tennis Pro-Shop.
Middle School Leagues by Lifetime
Lifetime Tennis Cupertino hosts teams for Cupertino and Kennedy Middle School. Schools compete in the highly competitive MTP Middle School League. These teams are hosted by Lifetime Tennis and are not official school sports. The middle school program is the perfect way to get ready for high school tennis and experience the fun of competing with your classmates. Good sportsmanship, respect, fun and hard work are emphasized throughout the season. Lifetime is proud of our 7 time league champion Kennedy A team. Tryout information is posted here in late February.
